16. Mascot Hazel
Rarity: 5*
Element: Fire
Hazel, the mascot, is a strange one. She is more of a support hero than a true hero.
Her debuff that can’t be healed is nice, but the chance that it will happen is too low to make it worth building up.
With her extra attack buff, she can be very useful when paired with another Fire hero for things like Expeditions or PvP battles.
Aside from that, her healing isn’t enough for PvE, and the fact that you have to be a Fire hero to get the most out of her skills is a letdown.
She could easily use one of your worn-out sets for a specific purpose, and it might come in handy at some point!
15. Destina
Rarity: 5*
Element: Earth
Destina used to be the first person people would try to reroll when they were starting their Epic Seven adventure (alongside Sez and Ravi).
Even though she isn’t as useful as she used to be, Destina is still a good healer who can remove debuffs and push the team.
She won’t be able to do much in PVP.
But she can still help you in Abyss and Automaton Tower, which are PVE areas.
14. Desert Jewel Basar
Rarity: 5*
Element: Light
DJ Basar is still not doing as well as his other ML 5* competitors, which is a shame.
So, he can clean and push the team if they have fast enough gear.
He doesn’t heal as well as other Soul Weavers. But he makes up for what he lacks in healing and debuffs with his potential.

13. Diene

Diene is not like most Soul Weavers because she has no healing items in her kit (well, without a dedicated artefact such as Rod of Amyrillis or Unfading Memories).
She trades these skills for a lot of buffs instead.
You see, Diene can give the group protection from critical hits, a shield, and more attack power.
So she’s great in most PVE content and even one of the best choices for some Abyss stages (such as Abyss 106).
12. Roana
Rarity: 5*
Element: Earth
In the Seaside Bellona meta, Roana is not as strong as she used to be.
But she is still good in a strong counterattacking draught.
When the team gets hit by a dual or counterattack, Roana will heal the group and make them more ready to fight.
This makes her a good teammate for heroes who like to attack from the back, like Rem or Belian.
Her third skill also gives her a Revive, which makes her a little more useful.
Plus, Roana is great on some Abyss stages (like floor 102) and in the Automaton Tower. So you should remember her!
11. Ray
Rarity: 5*
Element: Earth
Ray came here to be able to deal with debuffs and clean the team. And he has no more 15%s!
Ray is the best Soul Weaver to clean your soul. He should be used against teams that want to do a lot of damage.
He doesn’t have much else to offer besides this, but he does his job well enough to be on this list.
10. Achates

If you want to heal without doing anything, Achates is your girl.
Her ability to heal is unbeatable, and it can be very useful when you don’t want to attack an enemy.
It can be helpful to pass on your turn sometimes, like when you want to let an enemy sleep longer, avoid a counterattack, etc.
Achates shines in this situation because she can use skills that don’t attack until the cows come home.
9. Magic Scholar Doris

Element: Light
Change of Specialty Doris is a buffing machine that can not only heal the group, but also keep healing them and give them more defence.
Her 50% targeted boost to combat readiness is also very helpful and can change the course of a hard fight.
If you haven’t started the S.C. for your Doris yet, you should do it as soon as possible.
8. Elena
Rarity: 5*
Element: Ice
Elena is a niche pick, but teams with a lot of AOE still use her.
The fact that she can heal the group when they get hit by an AOE attack would be useful on its own.
But every time Elena uses this passive skill, she also moves herself forward.
So she can then use her third skill, which makes the whole party invincible AND deals damage (which used to trigger Seaside Bellona’s counter).
Elena is a great Soul Weaver for PVP content when her counter is set up to get rid of as many debuffs as possible.
7. Sinful Angelica

I’ll be honest and say that Singelica isn’t used much anymore in PVP.
But she’s still a great choice if you put her on a build that’s fast enough and has enough resistance.
Her ability to stop revives can be very useful when you’re up against compositions with a lot of revives.
And Singelica is great in Wyvern 13 one-shot teams, too. In fact, most people need to have her on their team.

Angelica and A.Momo both do the same thing, so it makes sense to put them next to each other in the same place.

5. Blood Moon Haste

Blood Moon Haste is not just an anti-revive hero. She is much more than that.

Haste can stop heroes from coming back to life, heal them, and do a lot of damage as a fake DPS.

But now, with some changes to her kit that let her remove negative effects, she’s in a great spot in both PVE and PVP.
2. Ruele of Light
Rarity: 5*
Element: Light
Since Epic Seven was made, not a single change has been made to Ruele’s balance.
And this shows how good her kit is.
She heals a lot, has a revive ability, and is strong enough to take a lot of powerful hits.
Ruele is a free Soul Weaver that you can get from the Moonlight’s Blessing. If you need a strong Soul Weaver, this is what you should do.
1. Tamarinne
Rarity: 5*
Element: Fire
The Queen of PVE content will always be Tamarinna.
Her huge CR push, ability to strip, and two attacks are unmatched in PVE.
She had a short time in PVP because she was paired with Iseria, but that didn’t last long.
Tamarinne has almost no use in PVP, but she has ungodly potential in PVE, which puts her at the top of this list.
